These Chocolate Chip Cookies without Brown Sugar taste like a soft and chewy sugar cookie filled with tons of sweet, melty chocolate chips. This recipe is quick, easy and no chill.
On the lowest mixing speed or by hand, stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips. Reserve the remaining ½ cup for topping the cookies before baking.
Using a medium (2 tbsp) cookie scoop, drop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet about 2 - 3 inches apart. Top with the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 F for 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown. Cool on the hot baking sheet for 3 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool to room temperature and enjoy!
