2 Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

2 ingredient pumpkin bread is a quick, effortlessly easy and delicious pumpkin bread made with spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. This one bowl pumpkin bread is the perfect fall treat.

Preheat the oven to 350 F (170 C). Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang on two sides.

Step 1:  

In a large bowl, add a full can of pumpkin puree.

Step 2:  

Whisk the dry spice cake ingredients into the pumpkin puree until mostly smooth. A few small lumps are fine.

Step 3:  

Pour the pumpkin cake mix batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Step 4:  

Bake the easy cake mix pumpkin loaf for 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Step 5:  

Cool the pumpkin cake mix bread in the loaf pan for 15 minutes.

Step 6:  

If you like, dust with powdered sugar or top with a quick and easy maple glaze.
