Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Tiramisu overnight oats are an easy, simple and healthy breakfast made with layers of rich chocolate espresso soaked oats and creamy sweetened vanilla yogurt.

Add the oats, cocoa powder, salt and chia seeds into a large mixing bowl.

Step 1:  

Whisk the dry ingredients  well to combine.

Step 2:  

Add the milk, espresso, maple syrup and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Step 3:  

Cover the bowl and transfer the tiramisu overnight oats to chill in the fridge for at least 4 - 8 hours.

Step 4:  

When it’s time to serve, mix the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract together until smooth and well combined.

Step 5:  

Assemble the tiramisu oats in a bowl or serving container in this order: espresso chocolate oats, yogurt, oats and yogurt.

Step 6:  

Top the final layer of yogurt with cocoa powder right before serving and enjoy.
