Equipment

  • 1 8X8 pan
  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 large microwave safe bowl
  • 1 spoon or flexible spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. creamy salted peanut butter
  • 1 16 oz. vanilla frosting

Instructions

  • Line the bottom and two sides of an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour the peanut butter and vanilla frosting into a microwave safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to combine. Return the partially mixed peanut butter and frosting to the microwave.
  • Heat again for another 15 seconds. Stir well to fully combine. The 2 ingredient fudge should be smooth and have thickened. If not, heat once more for 15 seconds.
  • Pour the well combined peanut butter frosting fudge into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Use the back of a spoon or frosting knife to smooth the top of the fudge.
  • Transfer the fudge to the fridge to set for 1-2 hours. To remove, run a knife along any unlined edges of the pan. Use the excess parchment to lift the fudge out of the pan. Slice into your desired number of pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover peanut butter fudge: Transfer any leftover pieces of fudge into an airtight container to be stored in the fridge. This peanut butter frosting fudge keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
Freeze leftover fudge: Line the bottom of a freezer safe container with parchment paper. Place the leftover fudge in a single layer. If two layers are needed, line the first layer of fudge with more parchment paper. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months. Transfer your desired number of pieces into the fridge to thaw overnight. Enjoy straight from the fridge.
