Equipment

  • 1 8X8 pan (for thinner fudge pieces, use 9x9)
  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 medium sauce pan
  • 1 spoon

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz. chopped white chocolate
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • cup (150 g) sugar cookie mix
  • ¼ cup festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line the bottom and two sides of an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour the sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate into a medium sauce pan. Heat the ingredients over medium heat.
  • Stir several times to encourage all the ingredients to melt evenly and to prevent burning. Once everything is melted, smooth and well combined, remove the sugar cookie fudge mixture away from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the smooth and well combined Christmas cookie fudge into a parchment lined 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Use the back of a spoon or frosting knife to smooth the top of the fudge. Top with your choice of sprinkles.
  • Transfer the fudge to the fridge to set for 1-2 hours. To remove, run a knife along any unlined edges of the pan. Use the excess parchment to lift the fudge out of the pan. Slice into your desired number of pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover sugar cookie fudge: Transfer any leftover pieces of fudge into an airtight container to be stored in the fridge. This Christmas fudge keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
