Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers 

These chocolate covered graham crackers are a delicious, sweet and crunchy no bake holiday cookie. To make these quick and easy, gourmet chocolate covered graham crackers, all you need is graham crackers and chocolate wafers.

Line 1-2 large baking sheets or trays with wax paper.

Step 1:  

Pour the chocolate wafers or bark into microwave safe bowls. Heat in 30 second increments in the microwave until the chocolate is fully melted.

Step 2:  

Once the chocolate has melted dip each side of the graham cracker into the chocolate.

Step 3:  

Use a fork to flip the graham cookie from one side to the other. Coat the other side with chocolate.

Step 4:  

Using one fork on each side, gently lift the chocolate dipped graham cracker and shake any excess chocolate back into the bowl.

Step 5:  

Place the chocolate graham cookies onto a large piece of wax paper.

Step 6:  

Transfer the chocolate graham cracker cookies in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.
