Pineapple Whip

Pineapple whip is a refreshing, light and creamy copycat Dole pineapple whip recipe.  This 4 ingredient pineapple whip recipe is inspired by the frozen pineapple dessert at Disney.

Prepare the fresh pineapple by cutting the pineapple into chunks and transferring to the freezer for 6 - 8 hours or until frozen.

Step 1:

Grab a high speed blender or food processor. Add the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, powdered sugar and lemon juice to the blender or food processor. Pulse 5 - 10 times to incorporate the ingredients.

Step 2:

Then process the mixture together until smooth and well combined. Stop and scrape the food processor or blender as needed.

Step 3:

The texture will transform form icy clumps of pineapple to smooth and creamy pineapple soft serve. If needed, add more sugar, cream or lemon juice to taste.

Step 4:

Once the whipped pineapple is creamy and to your preferred taste, scoop and serve immediately or transfer the mixture to a freezer safe and airtight container.

Step 5:

To get that signature Dinsey Dole whip swirl, freeze the mixture for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then scoop the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip. Pipe the whipped pineapple into a serving glass or cup and enjoy.

Step 6:

To enjoy the swirls a bit longer, pipe the frozen whip cream pineapple into a serving dish and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
