Frozen Yogurt Bars

Frozen yogurt bars are a quick and easy to make frozen yogurt bark made with yogurt, berries and your favorite topping. This high protein frozen yogurt bar is the perfect summer treat.

Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper or wax paper to make this frozen yogurt as bark.

Step 1:  

To make the bars, use a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Line the two long sides and bottom of the loaf pan with parchment or wax paper, leaving an overhang on the two long sides.

Step 2:  

In a large bowl, add the yogurt, peanut butter and ground cinnamon. Mix well until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

Step 3:  

Evenly spread the peanut butter yogurt mixture onto the prepared pan or plate. Dollop jam on top of the yogurt. Using a toothpick, skewer or small knife, swirl the jam into the peanut butter yogurt.

Step 4:  

Top the bark with the chopped peanuts and sliced strawberries.

Step 5:  

Transfer the peanut butter and strawberry yogurt bark to the freezer for 3 - 4 hours to chill and set.

Step 6:  

Once the yogurt bar dessert is set, remove the bark from the freezer, use a sharp knife to cut the bar or bark into your desired number and sized pieces. This healthy frozen yogurt and fruit bark is best enjoyed served from the freezer.
