Add the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix well to combine. Stir the oats into the mixture until well combined. If the apples are still cooling, cover the overnight oats bowl and transfer to the fridge until you are ready to assemble the overnight apple oats.
