Place the room temperature cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a food processor or stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Process all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Scrape the food processor and pulse to combine any loose pieces.
