Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer with paddle attachment or electric hand mixer with beaters

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (226 g) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. cool whip, thawed

Instructions

  • Grab a large mixing bowl and an electric hand mixer or just use your stand mixer with paddle attachment.
  • On low mix the cream cheese until it is smooth across the bottom of the bowl. This typically takes about 1 minute on low. On low mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Fold the cool whip into the sweetened cream cheese mixture. I like to do this in 2 - 3 batches to ensure the cool whip is evenly mixed in.
8 oz. (226 g) cream cheese, room temperature, 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract , 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
  • Transfer the cool whip dip into a serving bowl. Create a decorative swirl using the back of a spoon. Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels or cookies.
