Frozen yogurt bars are a quick and easy to make frozen yogurt bark made with yogurt, berries and your favorite topping. This creamy high protein frozen yogurt bar recipe is customizable, versatile and makes the perfect healthy summer treat.
Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper or wax paper to make this frozen yogurt as bark. To make the bars, use a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Line the two long sides and bottom of the loaf pan with parchment or wax paper, leaving an overhang on the two long sides.
In a large bowl, add the yogurt, peanut butter and ground cinnamon. Mix well until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
1½ cups (340 g) vanilla yogurt , ½ cup (128 g) peanut butter, well stirred, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Evenly spread the peanut butter yogurt mixture onto the prepared pan or plate. Dollop jam on top of the yogurt. Using a toothpick, skewer or small knife, swirl the jam into the peanut butter yogurt. Top the bark with the chopped peanuts and sliced strawberries.
Transfer the peanut butter and strawberry yogurt bark to the freezer for 3 - 4 hours to chill and set.
Once the yogurt bar dessert is set, remove the bark from the freezer, use a sharp knife to cut the bar or bark into your desired number and sized pieces. This healthy frozen yogurt and fruit bark is best enjoyed served from the freezer.
