  • 1 - 2 teaspoons (5 - 10 ml) lemon or lime juice, as needed

    1 pound (454 g) frozen pineapples , ½ cup (120 ml) cold coconut cream, 3 - 4 tablespoons (23 - 30 g) powdered sugar , 1 - 2 teaspoons (5 - 10 ml) lemon or lime juice, as needed
  • Then process the mixture together until smooth and well combined. Stop and scrape the food processor or blender as needed.
The texture will transform form icy clumps of pineapple to smooth and creamy pineapple soft serve. If needed, add more sugar, cream or lemon juice to taste.
  • Once the whipped pineapple is creamy and to your preferred taste, scoop and serve immediately or transfer the mixture to a freezer safe and airtight container.
  • To get that signature Dinsey Dole whip swirl, freeze the mixture for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then scoop the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip. Pipe the whipped pineapple into a serving glass or cup and enjoy.
To enjoy the swirls a bit longer, pipe the frozen whip cream pineapple into a serving dish and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
