Pineapple whip is a refreshing, light and creamy copycat Dole pineapple whip recipe. This 4 ingredient pineapple whip recipe is easy to make and is inspired by the frozen pineapple dessert at Disney. Simply blend, freeze and scoop for a healthy and delicious summer treat.
1 piping bag with 1M or star tip optional to make the swirl
Ingredients
1pound (454 g)frozen pineapples about 3 cups
½cup (120 ml)cold coconut cream
3 - 4tablespoons (23 - 30 g)powdered sugar
1 - 2 teaspoons (5 - 10 ml)lemon or lime juice, as needed
Instructions
Grab a high speed blender or food processor. Add the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, powdered sugar and lemon juice to the blender or food processor. Pulse 5 - 10 times to incorporate the ingredients.

Then process the mixture together until smooth and well combined. Stop and scrape the food processor or blender as needed. The texture will transform form icy clumps of pineapple to smooth and creamy pineapple soft serve. If needed, add more sugar, cream or lemon juice to taste.
Once the whipped pineapple is creamy and to your preferred taste, scoop and serve immediately or transfer the mixture to a freezer safe and airtight container.
To get that signature Dinsey Dole whip swirl, freeze the mixture for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then scoop the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1M piping tip. Pipe the whipped pineapple into a serving glass or cup and enjoy. To enjoy the swirls a bit longer, pipe the frozen whip cream pineapple into a serving dish and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
