Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (240 g) yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • ⅓ - ½ cup (80 - 120 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ cup (96 g) chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Clean, pat dry, hull and dice the strawberries. 
    Add the prepared strawberries, along with the milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a high speed blender. Blend the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. If any lumps of strawberry remain, continue blending until the strawberry milk mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust as needed. 
    1 pound strawberries, 1 cup (240 ml) milk, 1 cup (240 g) yogurt, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract , ⅓ - ½ cup (80 - 120 ml) maple syrup
  • Pour the strawberry milk mixture into a large mixing bowl. Mix the chia seeds into the strawberry mixture until well combined. Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour. 
    ½ cup (96 g) chia seeds
  • Once the strawberry chia pudding has set and thickened for 1 hour, transfer the mixture into your preferred serving dishes. Cover and return to the fridge for another 1 - 2 hours or for up to 5 days. 
    Before serving, top with your preferred toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Store: Place the strawberry chia seed pudding in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
