- Clean, pat dry, hull and dice the strawberries. Add the prepared strawberries, along with the milk, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a high speed blender. Blend the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. If any lumps of strawberry remain, continue blending until the strawberry milk mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust as needed.
- Pour the strawberry milk mixture into a large mixing bowl. Mix the chia seeds into the strawberry mixture until well combined. Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.

- Stir and stir again. Once the strawberry chia pudding is mixed together, chill the pudding for about 20 - 30 minutes. Stir the pudding together once more to redistribute the chia seed pudding.
