Whipped honey butter is a rich, creamy and fluffy spread made with savory butter creamed together with sweet and floral honey. This homemade sweet and salty spread takes minutes to make and is the perfect topping for all your favorite breakfast and brunch dishes.
1 stand mixer with paddle attachment or electric hand mixer with beaters
Ingredients
½cup (113 g)salted or unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ -½cup (60 - 120 ml)honey
3tablespoons (22 g)powdered sugar
Instructions
Place the room temperature butter in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. With the mixer set to low, smooth the butter across the bottom of the bowl. Increase the speed to high for 1 - 2 minutes or until the butter becomes light and fluffy.

Once the butter is light and fluffy mix in the honey and powdered sugar on low for about 30 seconds or until well combined. Then increase the speed to medium - medium high speed for 1 - 2 minutes.For fluffier honey butter, continue to cream the honey and butter mixture for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the creamed honey and butter to a serving dish. Top with more honey and a sprinkle of flaky salt if you like.

Store: This honey butter spread can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Tip: Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for a copycat Roadhouse honey butter.
