M’s Expert Tips

- Stir the fluff and butter constantly. Once the butter and fluff are mixed together, make sure to stir constantly. Keep the heat low and stir until the fluff begins to pull away from the bottom and edges of the pan.
- Prepare the pan. Lightly grease the pan with cooking spray or butter and line the pan with wax paper or foil before transferring cereal and marshmallow mixture into the pan.
- Fully cool the treats. For a quick cooling and setting time, transfer the treats to the fridge. Alternatively, allow the treats to cool at room temperature for an hour.

FAQs
Yes, you can make creamy and gooey crispy treats with fluff. A good ratio to keep in mind is 7 oz. marshmallow fluff is equal to about 4 cups of mini marshmallows.
This typically happens when the marshmallows or in this case, marshmallow fluff are cooked over high heat or when left on the heat source too long. Cook the fluff with the butter over low heat and only as long as needed for the fluff and butter to mix well together.
These marshmallow fluff bars are gooiest and are best enjoyed the day they are made. However, if they are made in advance (no more than a day before), fully cover the pan with plastic wrap to prevent air from drying out the treats.
